Our Community
We get together on Zoom once a month to talk about healing from spiritual abuse, reconnecting with God, and any current struggles. This is an amazing community of men and women who just “get it.”

Creating a plan that works for you
Through my personalized coaching, I’ll walk alongside you on the journey of healing from spiritual abuse and reconnecting with God again. This journey is special to me because it is one I have walked through myself. I offer one-time 1:1 coaching and I also offer an 8-week coaching package where we walk through the spiritual abuse, what messages you developed about yourself from that experience, healing triggers, breaking off shame, and learning to trust yourself and God again in the process.
I have seen God move in the lives of countless women who stepped into the program filled with hopelessness and shame. Those women all finished coaching with peace, excitement for the future, and a renewed sense of self and connection to God.
